Boys' Toys is a 1.5 acre development in South-East Edmonton, Alberta Canada that is easily accessed from the Sherwood Park Freeway, 75th Street, 50th Street and the Whitemud Freeway.
There are two buildings that comprise 23,748 square feet of concrete garage condos - condos in which owners can create the perfect storage place for their "toys". There are 19 condo units ranging in size from 1,000 square feet to 1,500 square feet.
The idea all started when a few savvy business people tried to find storage for their cars, boats, RVs and motorbikes ... there just wasn't anything on the market that was private, secure and convenient.
